Depresses the valve spring on Mitsubishi built DOHC engines for easy removal and replacement of the hydraulic valve lifters.
Use on Turbo/Non-Turbo 1.6L 4 cylinder (1989 and later), 2.0L 4 cylinder (1989 and later), 3.0L 6 cylinder (1991 and later) and 3.5L 6 cylinder (1995 and 1996).
