Comprises:
Engine timing / Sprocket locking device twin camshaft, quad cam and diesel injection pump sprockets timing position retention. And Extension Bridge piece Engine timing / Sprocket locking device single camshaft and two cam V engine sprockets.
Operation:
Slacken both ratchet handles and with the plates close together, position them on top of the sprockets.
Locate the lugs of the left-hand plate into the teeth of the sprocket and extend the other plate along the bridge piece, as horizontally as possible, to locate the other sprocket.
Force the plates apart and into the sprocket teeth.
Tighten the ratchet handles to give firm fixing.
Check that all four lugs fully engaged in to the sprocket teeth.
