Choose the No.6 socket, install it onto the glow plug, use a hammer to fix the socket with glow plug head, and then try to remove the glow plug with 3/8" DR spanner. This tool is especially for the situation when removing the glow plug, but if only the head is removed, then please use the other accessories to remove the rest of the glow plug from glow plug hole and replace with a new one.

Insert No.4 tube into the glow plug hole, then insert a drill into No.4 tube then drill a hole with air tool.

Separate the No.1 device and only choose the cone centre tool and install it into the glow plug hole. Choose suitable drill No.7 or 8 (7x5.5 or 9x5.5), insert the drill into No.2 drill installer. lt is important to use No.5 (3mm alley key) to lock the screw on drill installer.

Then install it into cone centre tool and connect with air tool to drill and also remove the Hex nut from glow plug.

Before working the next step, please use the air gun to clean all the metal scrap from drilling. Choose the tap 1/4""-28 UNF from No.13, insert it into No.9 T-handle. Install it into glow plug hole and turn the T-handle clockwise for drilling.

After work, just adjust the key on T-handle and remove the T-handle anti-clockwise.

Choose the tool No.1, there is a Hex 12mm bolt & 30mm Hex nut & a cone centre tool. Screw the No.3 bolt (1/4""-28 UNF Hex 9mm) into the Hex 12mm bolt and use a 9mm spanner to tighten the No.3 bolt.

Install the cone centre tool & Hex 12mm bolt into glow plug hole; then screw the M30 Hex nut properly. Use M12 spanner to FIX the Hex 12 bolt head; and use the M30 spanner to turn the M30 Hex anticlockwise to extract the rest part of glow plug.

Choose a tap (M10xP1.0 or M8 x1.0) from No. 11or12, install it with T-handle, and tap the glow plug hole. Remove the T-handle and replace the new glow plug. Then the work is done.
